Kim Doyle, RD holds a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition) degree from the University of Western Ontario (Brescia University College), and completed the London Health Science Centre Comprehensive Dietetic Internship. She has 11 years of work experience with pediatric and adult populations. Kim is registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, Dietitians of Canada, and International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp). She is trained in Intuitive Eating and uses a weight-inclusive approach to nutrition care. With her own experience as a mother and living with an eating disorder, she connects with individuals and families through compassion and non-judgement.
Kim's magic power is breaking down barriers to develop nutrition care plans that are highly effective for the individual, couple and family.
Outside of work, Kim loves being with her family and two dogs. She enjoys swimming, biking, and playing Fortnite with her family (Papa included)!

Maddison Froats, RD holds a Bachelor of Science from Brescia University College and a graduate diploma in Dietetic Education and Practical Training. She has worked in many areas of clinical dietetics including the Gastroenterology at Kingston Health Sciences Centre and Chronic Pain Management.
Maddison’s magic power is making nutrition less overwhelming for her clients and helping them sift through endless nutrition information to find what works for them.
Outside of work she loves to cook and explore the local food scene, get out for a long nature walk, and paint!

Emily Opthof, RD has a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition) degree from the University of Western Ontario (Brescia University College) and completed the London Health Science Centre Comprehensive Dietetic Internship. She is registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and the College of Dietitians of Newfoundland. Emily has also completed a graduate certificate in sexual health from the University of Alberta. With a weight-inclusive approach to nutrition care, Emily helps clients understand their hormones and build peaceful and fulfilling lifestyles.
Emily's magic power is bringing fun and creativity to help individuals and couples achieve balanced, intuitive lifestyles without the stress diet culture and weight stigma.

Melanie is a Registered Psychotherapist-Qualifying with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and holds both a Master of Education and a Master of Counselling Psychology. She has over 25 years experience in healthcare and higher education, and offers a calm, welcoming and trusting atmosphere to counselling sessions.
Melanie's magic power is making therapy a unique and supportive experience for each person.
Melanie uses a variety of evidence-based trauma-informed therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy, to meet each individuals' unique needs. She practices with the belief that you are the expert of your own life and her role is to provide non-judgmental, empathic support and guidance along your therapeutic journey. Melanie seeks to help you increase your self-awareness, consider new perspectives and learn to use healthy coping strategies for a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Melanie is passionate about working with families of individuals with eating disorders, as well as first responders and their families. She supports individuals, couples and groups that may be struggling with various issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, eating disorders, relationship and family issues.

Alyssa Hewson holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Nutrition) from the University of Guelph. Her love for nutrition has driven her to further her education, as she pursues a Master of Health Science at Toronto Metropolitan University in Nutrition Communication, beginning in January 2025. She aspires to become a Registered Dietitian and help individuals using the power of nutrition.
